Our six-step program is a comprehensive solution for a thick, healthy, and weed-free lawn. It includes targeted preemergent and post emergent applications for weed and grub control, as well as multiple fertilizer treatments to provide a consistent supply of nutrients for a deep green color year-round. Broadleaf weed and nutsedge control are included with the full program.

Disease Control - We identify and treat common lawn diseases caused by fungi, such as Pythium Blight, Brown Patch, and Dollar Spot. Our program is designed to both cure current outbreaks and prevent future issues.

Bed Weed Control - We apply a granular preemergent twice a year to prevent weeds in ornamental beds. This service also includes regular spot-spraying of any weeds that emerge.

Soil pH Adjustment - Using a professional soil test, we determine your soil's pH level to ensure nutrients are available to your lawn. We apply lime to raise pH or sulfur to lower it as needed, typically during the winter.

Insect Control - We offer applications to control common lawn and perimeter insects, including fleas, ticks, armyworms, and ants.

Aeration - This service loosens compacted soil, improves water and nutrient absorption, and helps break down thatch. It is a physical solution to soil compaction that improves your lawn's health. We determine the timing and frequency based on your lawn's specific needs.

Seeding - From spot seeding to complete lawn renovations, we use high-quality seed to ensure excellent results. Seeding services are offered in the spring and fall.

Soil Test - A soil test is a critical diagnostic tool to identify soil deficiencies. The results allow us to tailor nutrient applications to your lawn's exact requirements.
